So Im about to run a session where my characters are going to fight a noble sorceress, and i couldnt quite find what i wasa looking for in terms of stat block, so I created her in the character builder like you would make a PC. So i was wondering, are there any tools that show class levels VS a party?
because i couldnt find any online, and the common ones like kobold fight club only show monster stat blocks.
No, there are no tools to directly correlate PC level to monster CR.
There are some context clues if you look at the Mage statblock, which might be a swingy matchup for a party of 4. A better fit, if you have access, might be the Illusionist Wizard @ CR 3 and a up to 4-5 Guards as fodder. You might also consider re-skinning a Flameskull by changing type to humanoid, deleting the Illumination, Magic Resistance, and Rejuvenation Traits and consider an altered spell listing to suit your narrative theme if it doesn't already.

Ok, Thank you! this will actually really help in the future, In the end i ended up running a lvl 7 sorceress and i took mostly utility spells, so it was a really challenging but really fun fight.
