Hey wonderful people I have a player who has forgotten her password and has lost access the recovery email to get a new password. Is there a way as the dm to pull the character off her old profile and move it to her new profile for this campaign without recreating the whole character? Thanks in advance for your guys help.

Only the owner of the character can unassign their character in a campaign.

The player can try contacting customer service (D&D Beyond or Twitch) for options for her account, maybe?
