So, I'm running my own tailored remix of Dragon Heist (The Alexandrian is cool but not the best fit for our group) ambitiously trying to weave all of the villains into the story, probably leaving Monshoon or Xanathar as the big bad for the final confrontation in the vault.
I'm in chapter 3 right now, and thinking of replacing the Gralhunds and their manor with the Cassalanters and theirs. Figure it would be a nice way to weave in their very interesting ethically complicated story even if they aren't the ultimate big bads. Wondering if an DMs familiar with the campaign have thoughts on any problems I'll have to navigate if I make that change. There's so many interconnected pieces when running this adventure this way that it's easy to miss something. I'd be thrilled for any thoughts you all might have!
