Hi. I just started using DnD Beyond to keep track of my players, as I just found a permanent group to DM for. Using the app has been great for getting these new players to make their characters and keep track of all their stuff (shocker lol). Well, my previous permanent group found time to pick up again, so now I am DMing 2 different campaigns, thankfully, only once a month each. One of my players from the first group will be playing in the second group, as I asked him to join the new group since our original group had been on hiatus, and the original group is firing back up now. For some reason, he is having difficulty joining the second campaign I created in the app. Do either of us need to do something in the settings? Can he only join one of the campaigns I DM for in the app?
I'm in a few campaigns with the same DM and I've got several players in more than one of my campaigns so that's not the problem. Stupid question but he's not trying to join both campaigns with the same character is he? I'm pretty certain that's not possible. Otherwise he should just be able to click the link you send him and select to either create a character in the campaign or join as an existing one. Might be worth contacting customer support if you continue to have problems
Thanks everyone! I tried messing with a couple of settings. I will contact Bugs and Support if he can't get in after the changes I made. I think I might have solved the issue, but we shall see. Thanks for the help.

If he doesn't have a subscription, and he has 6 characters, he may have to delete a character to join.
6 is the maximum number of characters one can have without upgrading the subscription.
I'd also consider posting this (or moving the thread) to the Bugs and Support forum.
