I am so glad you asked! I have also been working on a set of recurring bosses based on the Horsemen of The Apocalypse, and I thought it would be a great idea to use the 4th horseman, Death, as the Angel of death.
the suggestions so far are good. I'd just add that the boss should be slightly different. For example, the boss stirge can cast sleep.
