I am making my own campaign and it's a bit long so I can't finish it in one day, and I don't know how to save it. Please help and sorry to be a bother.
What do you mean? You mean you are writing it in the campaign here on the site in the description field? Just click on “create campaign.” You can always go back and add to it afterwords. Whatever you put in the Description field should just be short and to the point. That section is the short short version so that the players can remember what each campaign is about if they’re in multiple campaigns. That’s what will display at the top of the sidebar whenever a player clicks the campaign button on their chat sheet too, so you only want that to be about a paragraph or two. It’s also a convenient place to put links to Google docs or the thread if it’s an pbp campaign and other stuff for the players to reference. After you create the campaign there will be two more sections. One is for public notes that everyone in the campaign can read so that’s where you put the full version of the camp that you want the players to be able to read. The other section is for private notes. That’s where you will put the full campaign you are writing. If you click the save button for any one of those sections it should save all three of them simultaneously for you.
Oh.... well thank you for answering my question, you can obviously tell I am new to D&D and especially being a DM, and again thank you for answering my question (it was so obvious "faceplants").
