Other creatures don't gain advantage on attack rolls against you as a result of being unseen by you.
I want to know if there is any counter to that third point with unseen. I mean not to make feat useless but this feat make invisibility and darkness spells useless. So there is my question about making npc advantageous by other actions and i'm not meaning any "special" individual powers.
It doesn't prevent Hidden npc's from gaining advantage. It just means that while the character is blinded or can't see the target, but knows they're somewhere around and not Hidden (aka rolled a Stealth check higher than the character's passive perception), the attacker doesn't get advantage. The character still has disadvantage on their attacks against the target they can't see.
Hitting a PC with Faerie Fire, Guiding Bolt, or some other magical effect that grants advantage
One NPC using the Help action to give another NPC advantage
Restraining, petrifying, stunning, or paralyzing a PC
Making a PC prone
Attacking while hidden or invisible
While there are probably more, the alert feature only protects against the last point. There are still plenty of ways for NPCs to get advantage versus an alert PC. Also, darkness may not give an NPC advantage, but it still give disadvantage on the Dex saving throw for that fireball.
