I'm wondering if there is anything I should do or can do to make sure its the best experience, also id like to know if you guys have suggestions for premade characters for the characters to choose from. My goal is to make this a great experience and for them to have a lot of fun.
Seconding that there should be at least one rogue. DndBeyond got some good official premade characters in case you want to use those. If someone wants to play a spellcaster do tell them that they have a lot more reading to do. Spells need reading. General One-Shot advice is to be very direct about the goal, otherwise players might feel lost, or spend too much time messing around (not a bad thing, but if it is really a one-shot time is short!).
Prepare well, have all the maps and descriptions ready, and I think that's it! It's a really good adventure to run in my opinion. My players thought it was fun!

Since it is about a vault break I would recommend using some sort of rouge, tell me, are you running this one shot online or as a ttrpg?
