Hey all, just wondering if I will be able to use a HB monster that I cant submit due to its similarities to an existing monster. I guess just more of will I have to do it manually or is there a way to use the on site rolling? 

You can use all your homebrew, submitted or not. It's shared automatically in campaigns you're in.

Submission is never required. It's for material you have tested, proofread, and are want to share with the world.
