Not able to see 'Content Sharing' button as DM

I just created a new Campaign and I thought as the DM I could share my DNDB content and restrict what others can see/use. DO I have to have another person join the campaign before I can do that, if so, that's dumb...As soon as I create the campaign I should be able to share and then restrict items...

Yes, I pay the yearly Master Level, I can share my content as a player in other campaigns I am playing in, first time making a campaign to DM however. This is what I see--nothing where the "Content Sharing" buttons should be:
