In my campaign, the party discovers evidence of beings older than the gods, known as Avatars. The Avatars are entities that embody a concept (i.e, Avatar of Chaos, Avatar of Energy, etc). If a mortal or deity tries to speak their real name, they suffer mentally or physically (deities suffer more, and they loathe their lesser origins).
I should also note that there is a "King of Avatars" called Omnikron, Avatar of Creation.
So if you have an idea for an Avatar, make sure to have their name, their concept, their appearance, and what happens when something other than Avatars speaks their name
There are Gods and there are their lessers -- the immortals. You seem to be homebrewing a third element or a custom aberration.
The worlds of DnD are embedded in an immense cosmos. Most play is contained within the Prime Material plane or the adjacent Feywild or Shadowfell planes. Outside of this, there are other planes of existense as documented in the DMG. To my knowledge, the only place outside of the multiverse is the Far Realm. So I imagine that these Avatars are embedded in that Far Realm. What resides in the Far Realms is rumored to be Aberrations such as Beholders and Mind Flayers. There are tools online to list monsters by type. Get a list of all aberrations sorted by CR. Outside of this you are homebrewing -- anything goes. The homebrewing challenge is to keep it playable, engaging and balanced. Congratulations. Now you are a game designer. Good luck sir!
To me 'energy' is not a concept. It is physical. I like your creation avator idea. After that would be chaos and peace. Chaos could look like a black ball of energy swirling around of course, chaotically. His name Khaos. Avatar of peace (calmness), well the gently old man in white robes. Her name, Eirene.
Go watch Sandman on Netflix. Some good ideas the Sandman is God of dreams. His siblings Destiny, Desire, Death, Despair, Destruction, and Delirium. Their parents are Mother Night and Father Time.

Imma be real with you, the Avatars exist in a place outside of the Far Realm called The Foundation

There are Avatars of water, fire, shadow, and more. The Avatars make sure that their respective concepts exist, if a Avatar is ever killed (an impossible feat) that concept ceases to exist

Why not conjure an Aberrant Spirit? They exist in the Far Realm.

This sounds like a homebrew setting they're going for.

Reality -- what a concept.
How would the manifestation of a concept have any causation outside of reality?
I don't know how to respond to that
