If you want something simple, you could use The Winged God one-shot from the 2024 DMG. It is created for Level 3 Players, but you could just change a few things (like changing the Red Dragon wyrmling to a Young Red Dragon) to make this work for your Level 5 Players.
Otherwise, I'd take a look on the DM's Guild site for something that you link :)
