Im a first time DM in the middle of a completely homebrewed campaign. It started pirate themed but has slowly moved into a folk horror type vibe, and everyone is having fun.
Issue is homebrewing everything has been very time consuming. I know dungeons and dragons has full campaigns to purchase. I am wondering if they also sell more general books with locations, lore, nps, monsters and pre built encounters I can fit into my campaign when I dont have enough time to come up with my own stuff.
Please let me know any recommendations you may have!

There isn't anything like that, although DM's Guild might have something.

What you’re describing is a campaign guide, of which there are plenty, but each one describes its own setting and lore which might be very different from yours. If you’re after one that contains all that but is generic without being a specific setting I’m afraid you’re out of luck
As far as DM Recourses, have you purchased the 2024 DMG? It is laid out so much better than the 2014 version, and gives great advice on many of the topics you mentioned. Additionally, it gives a lot of background info on the Grehawk setting and maps.
If you want more information on the Forgotten Realms that is not an adventure module, you could check out the new Forgotten Realms: Adventures in Faerun.
Hope that helps :)
Cheers!

Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers; Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas. Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.
There are a few books with adventure anthologies. Candlekeep, golden vault, a few others. It’s not full lore, but most of the adventures can easily be dropped into any setting. So, you do something like prisoner 13 from golden vault, and now your setting has a high security prison. So, those could help you build out parts of the world.
