The Sword of kaz, magical weapon (artifact) sentient, chaotic evil
The wand of Orcus, magical weapon (artifact) sentient, also chaotic evil
Berserker axe, cursed

A homebrew weapon of my own creation, Bitter Bullet, a cursed, sentient (lawful evil) flintlock pistol with bonus cold damage.
