Hello D&D Beyond DMs,
I've been a DM for well over 30 years, and I love the recent resurgence of D&D across mainstream entertainment. I personally play IRL, sitting at a table with other people rolling physical dice. As a DM, I use two quick reference sheets to help navigate combat encounters. The first I call my PC Cheatsheet. It has the AC, and a bunch of other quick reference stuff about each character. It also has the list of skills along the left side of the sheet:

I also use a simple Conditions sheet:

I hope these help you out. Have fun.
