You will probably have to boil down the combat for them, so it isn't as difficult. But, it's also a good chance to give their characters lots of attention, and really delve into their characters personality, background, etc.

So, I'm running Wild Beyond the Witchlight. Any tips? Also, I only have 2 players; is that a problem?

Two players is fine because Witchlight can be solved almost entirely through roleplay rather than combat.
