So, while waiting for our regular DM to set up his next session, we decided that each player is going to host their own one-shot during the meantime. As for me, I decided to play into my characters background and have the characters help out as hired aid in her parents inn during the dreaded Orctoberfest, a wild night of heavy partying and drinking in honor of the defeat of an orcish invasion force a while back. One of the "challenges" I want my players to face, is the need to mix some strange and exotic drinks for the more rowdy guests of the bar portion of the inn. Problem is, as a (more or less) strict non-alcoholic, I'm not really familair with most cocktails and the likes and I'm struggeling to come up with a fun and entertaining drink my patrons might decide to order, so I was hoping that one of you might have an idea for a drink. It can be as silly or awesome as you want, only requirement is that it's something alcoholic to drink, that's it. Thanks for you guys taking time to read this and I hope to hear from you soon^^

There are any number of drinks you could look up. The basic formula is to mix some spirits with fruit juice. They are generally better with ice, so having a method of providing frozen drinks (by magical means) would be quite a draw for the bar. You could, with the help of magic, make ice cream and them make alcoholic milkshakes with chocolate garnish over the cream and cherry. You might also be able to make up something like a smoothie; a Bahama Momma is essentially a smoothie with alcohol. In the country they place fruit in grain alcohol such as peaches or apples or cherries and just let it sit. Many of the drinks you will find in a basic bartenders handbook will include Khalua or schnops for flavor. Khalua is essentially a coffee flavored liquor and schnaps is fruit flavored distilled spirits.
Before you said you were not interested in alcohol yourself, I was going to recommend you all have a shot before enjoying your "one shot." Good luck.

You could look up a list of classic ( or esoteric ) cocktail recipes, and rename them in a fantasy theme.
Unless you have a bartender Player, you're likely to get away with it.
E.g. A black velvet is a mixture of sparkling wine/Champagne and Stout - could rename it the "shadow dragon".
