We've finished LMOP, and i'm currently running a Tyranny of Dragons and a Tomb of Annihilation campaign.
I'm going to start up on a third campaign, but i would like to get some feedback on which published adventures you have enjoyed the most?
I'm looking forward to some nice feedback from you awesome guys / girls in here :-)
Dragon Heist was real fun to run, but it does take some extra work. For instance, my players worked a lot with the Blackstaff. I didn't tell them until the end of the campaign that she's originally supposed to be a minor player.
Dungeon of the Mad Mage is loads of varied fun, but it's also huge, a commitment, and (at times) a slog.
Honestly, if you're already running two campaigns concurrently, I wouldn't recommend either of them. Something shorter and more linear might be better.

Blood Frenzy. The quipper has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.
