You can also take two levels of fighter for Action Surge. This will allow you to cast Fireball twice in one turn.

Fellow DMs I had a question from a Sorcerer. Can you twinspell fireball? If so how would you play it out?
No, Fireball can’t be twinned. Only single-target spells can be twinned.
