Spark Ball (Recharge 5-6) The doll throws a spark ball that explodes in a 10-foot radius sphere. Each creature in the area must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 2d10 lightning damage and 2d10 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Based just on damage output, I’d put it in the 3-4 range. Those attacks, especially the spark ball, seem big enough to down a level 3 fighter in one round. That looks like a >50% chance of taking 22(4d10) damage in one round, assuming a +2 to Dex saves. But it only has 50 hp (essentially 75 when factoring in anticipated resisted non-magic weapon attacks). So it probably won’t get more than one of those off in a fight before going down in two rounds.
did you pattern it off an existing construct that you could gauge its CR by?

Apart from simulating a party of 4 people of level X in my head, and comparing to other similar creatures, I don't know how to find the CR
Other than that, looks like CR2 to me

There is a guide in the DMG. If you don't have that then check out an alternative way The Angry Way.
Looking at that punch, i think it easily puts it at a three or a four like what kcbcollier said, but the hitpoints don't really line up.

Offensively, it’s solidly a CR 4 per the DMG
Defensively, it’s a mix...it has pretty high AC (CR5 min) but really low health even with the immunity modifiers (CR 2 ish).
barring special abilities I’d call It CR 3 or 4 overall.
if you wanted a more solid CR 4, add about 10-15 more hitpoints
CR 2 or 3, as it has weapon resistance from non-magical weapons.
