I'm running Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus right now, as a followup to Dragon Heist. One of the aspects I used to tie them together was to the party try to rescue the Cassalanter Children from becoming devilish servants of Asmodeus.
I had the twins both slowly becoming more devil-like through rituals performed on them. And currently, after being found and rescued, they are back in Elturel but with parts of their anatomy changed horrifically by the rituals.
The party want's to fix them, and I'm not sure what spells to have them try to get access to to do so. I had though Greater Restoration would be too low of a level spell to make it "quest worthy" and Wish seems to big.

Any input would be great.
If it's a quest, make a custom spell or potion that they must seek out.
Other than that, regenerate is another candidate. Or you can kill them and cast reincarnate.
I think a quest for a custom spell, ritual, or potion is probably the best way to go. Good luck!

Unapologetic.
