I want to get something for the Dungeon Master that ran Rise of Tiamat for my group.
Running this has been difficult for her, this is only the second time she has DMed for me. Having read the module, I can certainly understand why, the political portion of this adventure is fairly complex, requiring the DM to hold a lot of information in their head all at once. On top of that, I think the adventure is not that greatly written. There were so many "gotcha" moments that it really just got annoying as all get out (looks like this mask is a fake for the 10th time, perhaps if the cult spent more time summoning Tiamat and less time making fake magical masks they would succeed.). She did write some home-brew stuff for this as well, and when she did she seemed to have a much better grasp of it and more fun. She probably would have been more comfortable with a home-brewed setting of her own design, but I specifically asked for this module to be run.
Any way, she really did the best she could with what she had, and I did have fun. So what do you think would be a cool thank you?
Beyond that, I am sure you know you Dungeon Master better than we could, but a choice to run D&D in general and Rise of Tiamat in particular does indicate an interest in dragons. So.... I'd suggest dragons. Possibly art prints - especially if you know her favorite artists; Books , which could be a book of dragon art, a story anthology or a novel or series again depending on tastes. There are some really wonderful choices out there. Dragons figurines; there are some based on art by Ruth Thompson or Anne Stokes that are really nice. Alternatively, Safari Ltd. and MacFarlane Toys make some well detailed plastic figures. There are plush dragon to cuddle, or last but not least dice dragons. My personal favorites are found here: https://dragonsandbeasties.com Also, Q-workshop makes some dice sets with dragons, or runes, leaves, other options. Dice may also be a good idea.... and I am, maybe, a bit obsessed with dragons.
I hope this helps. I think it is great that you want to give your DM a special thank you. Your comments above show that you appreciate her and her hard work.
A year into our current game, one of my players got me a set of gemstone dice, which made me so incredibly happy. They're displayed on my bookshelf now. Dice are always good gifts.
I love receiving gifts from my players and friends, but my favorite gifts are things that help to make DMing easier. When I was starting out, I had zero maps of any kind so one of my players gave me a large reusable map sheet for wet erase markers and I use it all the time. Just think about what she might need to help DMing, and get her that.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone, there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
There's a Tiamat mini. I mean, the thing is really quite big, so its tough to call it a mini, but its to scale. We got one for my DM off Amazon for his birthday.

Everything on that site is absolutely adorable, I love it! I think that might be pretty cool.

My only fear for that is that she might have gotten one already, and I don't want to spoil her surprise or mine.
Also, as a group, we are kind of turning away from miniatures. They are super cool and all, but they are both expensive and a pain to store. I have been advocating paper minis instead. They are basically as cool, but the are flat and can be stored in a binder, and the cost to print one is a few cents.
If you really want to splurge you could get the DM something from Wyrmwood. Although they seem to be out of stock on a lot of things so you might have to wait. And it ain't cheap ($75 and up).

Do you think she is a committed player or just doing this for a short time. I'd give a committed player a D&D focused gift. Something non-D&D themed if she might be a short timer. But I would make it something permanent rather than something temporary like a thank you dinner, although a thank you dinner for your whole group might be quite fun. How much do you intend to spend. I do leather crafts. I could make a DM a custom engraved leather DM screen. I bet you or a friend have the talent to make something special. And I believe making this item dragon themed because of the campaign sounds like the only thing to do.

I think a nice and fancy set of dice is great. There are some really nice sets out there that come with a cool bag too.
You can also consider to expand her resources as DM with one of the hardcover books like Mordenkainens Tome of Goes, Volo's Guide to Monsters or Xanathar's Guide to Everything

Dragons. Definitely dragons.

As a current DM, I can get on board with either dice or dragons. ;)

I guess my players would gift me an assorted bottle of fine Gin... maybe some day...

Along with dice, I would also recommend a mat to roll them on. I own the one I am linking.
