Abilities: Upon attunement, the Eye of Balor has two abilities that come at a hefty cost to whom ever weilds it
Energy Blast: Shoots a beam of energy 5feet wide and travels for 1000 ft Damage: 8d6 Cast Time: Instant Cost: If 6th lvl spell slot. If a 6th level spell slot is unavailable, the weilder may opt to use a lower spell slot at the cost of 1d8 psychic damage. For each lower rank spell slot, an additional 1d8 psychic damage is taken. This ability can scale up in level by 1d6 damage per rank increase.
Stunlock: All creatures, except the weilder, within a 30 foot radius are stunned or make a DC Con roll of 17 Cast Time: 1 turn Cost : Two 6 level spell slots. If sufficient spell slots are unavailable, the weilder takes 1d8 psychic damage per spell slot and does not break the stun. This ability scales the same as the energy blast
