I am a bit confused about the .. Ring of the Reaper? Is it a ring or is it a scythe? What eldritch invocation are you referencing for gaining the ability to call The Reaper. Confused.
The wand is going to be fairly potent, it is equivalent to a +2 stat to their main spellcasting ability that can exceed the soft cap of 20 to our stats. What I mean by this is that the wand will never stop being useful.
Flame Tongue I presume you just wanted a slightly toned down version of this? They seem to be fun and useful

"I have found the answer to the meaning of life. You ask me what the answer is? You already know what the answer to life is. You fear it more than the strike of a viper, the ravages of disease, the ire of a lover. The answer is always death. But death is a gentle mistress with a sweet embrace, and you owe her a debt of restitution. Life is not a gift, it is a loan."
They might be a bit powerful to give all at once but they arnt going to wreck a campaign. Paraphrasing Matt Mercer here but if the flow of items is starting to overload your game just turn down the flow for a while until it balances out.
I hand out powerful items in my games and they dont need to break encounters, change things. Max hp cause that vampire just fed, fire worshipping goblins get bonus fire resistances, oh no that troll has armour and a huge ac. Enemies die when the DM says they die.
P.s. "look out, enemy reinforcements" another way good way to extend an encounter if need be.

Parting words, why so many spaces in your post?

Rare, one and all. If you want your 5th-level characters to have access to a rare item each, then by all means go right ahead.
(Hero, sometimes, I must assume, the phrase eldritch invocation doesn't refer to a warlock class feature. And it's a ring that summons a scythe.)
