As part of me revising my older content, I realized that my berserker barbarian variant also needed a quick update for both balancing purposes and to match with the wording/formatting that WotC has decided to do with Tasha's. So I'm curious what you guys think about this version of the berserker.
Frenzy
3rd-level Path of the Berserker feature
You can go into a frenzy when you rage. If you do so, for the duration of your rage you can make an single attack as a bonus action on each of your turns. When your rage ends, you must succeed a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or you suffer one level of exhaustion.
Each time you use Frenzy after the first, the DC increases by 1. The DC resets to 17 when you finish a long rest.
Imposing Presence
3rd-level Path of the Berserker feature
Your physical stature aids you when intimidating others. Whenever you make a Charisma (intimidation) check, you gain a bonus to the check equal to your Strength modifier (minimum of +1). You also gain proficiency in the intimidation skill if you don't already have it.
Unrelenting Rage
6th-level Path of the Berserker feature
While raging you gain resistance against psychic damage and cannot be charmed or frightened. If you are charmed or frightened when you enter your rage, the effects are suspended for the duration.
In addition, once per day when you finish a short rest, you can reduce your exhaustion level by 1.
Intimidating Presence
10th-level Path of the Berserker feature
You can use your action to frighten someone with your menacing presence. When you do so, choose one creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. If the creature can see or hear you, it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength or Charisma modifier) or be frightened of you until the end of your next turn. On subsequent turns, you can use your action to extend the duration of this effect on the frightened creature until the end of your next turn. This effect ends if the creature ends its turn out of line of sight or more than 60 feet away from you.
If the creature succeeds on its saving throw, you can’t use this feature on that creature again for 24 hours. If you use this feature while raging and a hostile creature fails the saving throw, your rage does not end early for ending your turn and not attacking a hostile creature or taking damage since your last turn.
Ruthless Retaliation
15th-level Path of the Berserker feature
When you take damage from a creature, you can use your reaction to make one weapon attack against that creature if you are within 5 feet of it. If you are in a frenzy, you can move up to half your movement towards that creature before making your attack.
just a few comments and a question. First, post-Tasha's, most limited-use abilities are tied to the proficiency bonus rather than ability scores. Second, unrelenting rage has a per-day recharge time, which is unconventional. Most abilities recharge on a rest, while magic items recharge at dawn or dusk. Last, I'm curious about the DC on frenzy. Why 17? Otherwise I would adopt this in an instant over the original.

Okay lets break this down per each point made;
While it's true that most bonuses in Tasha's were tied to proficiency bonus, not all of them were. I'm going to assume you are referring to the "Unrelenting Rage" feature here, I actually based that feature off of the Fey Wanderer's "Otherworldly Glamour" feature (which was also a tasha's subclass). The result of this change I was actually happy with because it not only fixed my issue from my previous version of giving expertise to a barbarian but also tied the barbarian's strength to the skill, which is already a very common homebrew.
For the exhaustion reduction by 1 per day, in short, I based the wording of that snippet off of the wizard's Arcane Recovery feature since it was also a short rest reliant feature too. I am still thinking of changing it to whenever you finish a short rest, similar to the ranger optional feature Deft explorer, specifically tireless, but haven't made up my mind on that.
There's actually a few reasons why I choose 17 to be the base DC, but I'm not going to go into too much detail. In short, DC 17 I thought was a good middle point between a "medium" and "hard" roll, which the barbarians can fairly easily pass first couple of checks even with the increasing DC. Although, I am thinking of actually increasing the DC scaling to +2 for each previous use or setting the base DC to 15 and having is upscale by 3 per use. I have also seen some people set the base DC to 15 then increase the DC by 5 for each use but thought that was a bit too harsh for scaling.
