What the heck is up with all these "Proficiency: Ability Checks" and "Damage: Piercing" modifiers? This just gives proficiency in all skills, and does nothing to add to the damage roll of a crossbow. Seriously, did you even test this thing before publishing it?
The proficiency checks are (I thought) copied from the bracers of archery giving the wearer proficiency with different crossbows just as the bracers of archery give proficiency with long and short bows there are just more types of crossbows. Same for the damage except since crossbow damage isn’t listed in the pull downs like long and short bow are I had to use the damage type of a bolt.
Since bracers of archery are only for long and short bows here are the matching bracers for crossbows.
