Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere but I cannot seem to find an answer that satisfies my query.
Our DM recently introduced Talents to our party, which are like half-feats that can augment your character in fun new ways. One of these new talents affects cleric/paladin multiclass such that your caster level is determined by 3/4 of your paladin level instead of 1/2. I was delving through the Underdark of the homebrew creations menu to see if this was possible and I have come up with a grand total of nothing. I would love to know if this is possible to do in the current state of the homebrew system and if so, how.
That's not possible. But if you instead wanted add a feature to regain a spell slot once a day based on your paladin level, that would be doable, if needing to be handled by manually unticking a spell slot (like Wizards do with Arcane Recovery.)

Not what I was looking for but thanks. I was just hoping there was some way to keep track of spell slots I would gain before I technically gain them with normal multiclassing rules. Looks like I might just have to stick to pen and paper.
