Have a player who wanted a Storm Sorcerer. Not a lot of lightning spells so I reflavored some flame spells.

Fireball - Ball Lightning, ver 2
Immolation - Electrocution
Ashardalon’s Stride - Storm Giant's Stride
Firebolt - Taze

You can find them in the Homebrew. Let me know what you think if you're interested.
