Not on a feat unfortunately; I believe you can only add modifiers to options that are part of a sub-class feature or racial trait.
The staff keep teasing the possibility of a more simplified/modular system in future where feats, futures, magic items, traits etc. would have all the same capabilities, but there's never been any word on when we can expect that.
To do what you want with feats you'll probably need to create more than one; this is how D&D Beyond do it with feats that have a choice of spellcasting ability and such.

Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
I have unsubscribed from all topics and will not reply to messages. My homebrew is now 100% unsupported.
Title says it all. Is there any way to have an option give something like proficiency? So far I can only make it do actions :/

More than a year later and this feature still hasn't been added :(
