Okay, if you already have one Equipment selection with Tinker's OR Painting OR Woodcarver's OR Leatherworker's OR Glassblower's,
then you just need to add another Equipment selection with the exact same elements. This won't prevent them from picking duplicates (like 2 Tinker's Tools), but it will let them add 2 artisan tools from that list of 5.

how can I add allowing to pick 2 Artisan's Tools for equipment options?
So far I can only create a selection to pick ONE but dunno how to force picking 2 out of this selection:
"two of the following: Tinker's Tools, Pinter's Supplies, Woodcarver's Tools, Leatherworking Tools, and Glassblower's tools."
For a homebrew background?
Under Tool Proficiencies, Add a Tool Proficiency, and in the Tools To Choose From box, add those 5 tools they can select from.
Then add another Tool Proficiency, and put the same 5 tools in the box.
They will be prevented from choosing the same proficiency twice, so it will work the way you want.
Edit: Oh, hang on, you're asking about Equipment not Proficiency. Lemme see...

That's what I did but it's tbh kinda silly to have to duplicate and on top of that, doesn't really prevent from picking the same tool twice. :/
Tbh it's 2022 and that we cannot do this in ddb is a bit yikes at this point.
You're welcome.
