I'm not sure if you're referring to specific concepts here, or just the general appearance. If the latter, then they're releasing a hippo race in August in Spelljammer - the Giff. For Cheetahs, there are similar ones already released - Tabaxi are a cat people taller than humans, so could easily be skinned as cheetahs, especially as they have the ability to double their speed for a turn. There are also the Leonin, a lion based race. I think those two animals are well covered enough - especially seeing as we don't have a dog race yet.
I'm not sure what you mean by graveborn - there are the Reborn, who are those who died and brought back to life. I'm also unsure what you mean by soulbound, but if you mean reincarnated, then there is a class that does that and might be treading on its toes.
I'd find the Gargoyle concept interesting, especially if you incorporated the turning to statues thing. However, the creature Gargoyle has an Int score of 6, while PC races seem to have a minimum of 8 when converting from monsters. They might be too animalistic to convert.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
For some of these, there are already fitting species.
3. that are Giff, not yet available as Player species. 6. would be something like re-flavored Minotaurs 7. There we would have Dhampirs (half-vampires) and Hollowed Ones 9. Tabaxi 12. I guess this could be covered by Shifters or also Tabaxi
I actually designed a Gargoyle Race based on the Gargoyles cartoon, rather than adapting the in-game stats of Gargoyle monsters. I haven't had a chance to properly play-test it, but it got a positive reaction when I first posted it somewhere a dozen or more pages down this subforum.
My opinion is WotC would rather to update previous races, but they found some too interesting idea. WotC bets for the original concepts, to sell the brand, and this the reason we see tabaxi in 5th Ed and not the catfolk who were PC in 3.5. Hasbro doesn't want other companies could sell "proxies" of D&D creatures.
I wouldn't be too surprised if there are recycled PC races from d20 Future (Star*Drive and Star Frontiers) but also from Gamma World.
Kercpa is a squirrel-like humanoid race.
The "walrusfolk" are the thanoi from Dragonlance.
The "crystalites" are the shardminds from 4th Ed
There was a PC race as "whalefolk", the darfelan from 3.5 "Stormwrack".
If there is a new book of psionic powers, the fraals (little gray alien from d20 Future) also should appear there.
Maybe in a future the ponyfolk, for the potential market of "brownies", the My Little Pony fandom.
Currently i dont have money for dnd beyond and ive been using the more free version google or somone on google created. 5e companion is currently what im using. They dont have but a small portion of races. I dont even know how many playable races there are out there even for homebrew. Ive only seen on book so far.
