Bollok is the minor BBEG introducing my party to the main BBEG, Lady Marrow. All of 'names in quotes' in the description are statblocks I also intend to make. I want to commission the art for my BBEGs, but we will see how ambitious I get with this, in the mean time, I hope you enjoy my silly sketches!

Bollok, the Bagger is an oni that has been recruited by 'The Lich Queen, Lady Marrow'. The oni now stalks the main cities under the guise of Tama, a beast catcher who sells his creatures most often to the The Jailers who run the Grand Arena. This allows the kidnapper to makes his way through the major cities undetected with his crew of 'Morphic Doppelgangers'.
Several hidden "processing centers" have been set up for him to stash away his "children", and once he has amassed enough, he takes them to be converted into 'Sons and Daughters of Marrow'. A conversion process leaving them alive, but absolutely subservient to the Lich Queen; a necessary process for the grueling future that awaits them along their road to becoming powerful, necromantic 'Witches and Warriors of Marrow'.
Innate Spellcasting. Bollok's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15). Bollok can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
Magic Weapons. Bollok's weapon attacks are magical.
Regeneration. Bollokregains 13 (4d4 + 3) hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point.
Actions
Multiattack. Bollok makes two attacks, either with its claws or its glaive.
Claw (Oni Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack:+8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage.
Glaive. Melee Weapon Attack:+8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) slashing damage, or 9 (1d10 + 4) slashing damage in Small or Medium form.
Change Shape. Bollok magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium humanoid, into a Large giant, or back into its true form. Other than its size, its statistics are the same in each form. The only equipment that is transformed is its glaive, which shrinks so that it can be wielded in humanoid form. If Bollok dies, it reverts to its true form, and its glaive reverts to its normal size. While in his Large state, Bollok has advantage on Strength checks.
Reactions
Absorbing Tattoo. Bollok has magical tattoos that cover his forearms in red ink that resemble goliath runes, but is actually the sigil of Lady Marrow.
1/day: Damage absorption
When Bollok takes fire damage, he can use his reaction to gain immunity against that instance of the damage, and he regains a number of hit points equal to half the damage he would have taken. Once this reaction is used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.
Legendary Actions
Bollok can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Bollok regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Glaive (costs 1 action). Bollok makes a glaive attack at a creature within range.
Change shape (costs 2 actions). Bollok can use its change shape action.
Gaseous Form (costs 3 actions). Bollok can use the gaseous form spell.

Attacks should both be at a +8 to hit with STR 19 and PB +4.
