Hello fellow DM's! I've got a homebrew item I made for one of my PC's. It's more meant to be a lighthearted, fun item. I based it on a couple existing items I found online, let me know what you think! Not really combat related, more meant to be situationally useful/funny.
really made me smile- it would be pretty good for comedy! ( give it a goofy voice but make it say things that are dead serious keeping the voice sometimes for a shock!)
