Does Precision lower your health regeneration from Reconstruction? (Order of the mutant mutagens).
Does Blood Curse of the Marked amplification remove their resistance to any incoming damage from that rite type? Or just against that rite's damage.
I just started playing a lv 16 full blood hunter goblin order of the mutant today. The DM is being very nice to even allow it. So reasoning/specific wording would be nice instead of just 'yes/no' answers. Thanks in advance.
This is late as hell, but I've been playing a Blood Hunter and found the thread so...
The rule as written specifically states "All healing you receive is halved." The key words there being "all healing." So with that in mind, it stands to reason that this would make your own self healing from Reconstruction also halved. At 16th level, this makes your healing go from 8 to 4 hit points per round. That said, this is something that I imagine some DM's would be willing to hand wave, as it makes the Precision mutagen feel like it has a particularly brutal side effect for what amounts to a 3 level Fighter dip (not to mention that said dip also comes with Action Surge).
Amping Blood Curse of the Marked removes resistance to your rite's damage type until the beginning of your next turn. So they lose resistance for 1 round to all damage of that type, rather than just your own. That's what makes it worth burning your own HP for. You can strip their resistance to something like lightning damage, then let your sorcerer pump 'em full of lightning.
Sorry this is super late, and the answers are probably not relevant anymore, but I like rules nitpicking so here it is.
