So my whole campaign is about gaining the favor of ancient eldrich gods. One of such gods is a god of death and decay. One of my PCs has killed an entire town as part of her backstory and i feel it should be appropriate for her to gain this god's favor.
I already have some ideas on how to make her immortal through necromancy. She would be a kenku wight but with extra rules to make dying really hard.
What i'm missing is the setbacks. I though about reducing her charisma by 1d6 and making her weak to radiant damage. But beyond that i'm at a loss.

Easy, make her unable to be healed by normal healing spells. You could also give her a movement penalty of 10ft, or reduce her dexterity.
Kust to be clear. She is the party healer.
