Question 1 - doing prep with 2024 books for doing a humble wood campaign . Is there a reason why subclasses have not been ported over like to 2024 characters creation, like official stuff ? ( or is a legal issue)
Question 2 - are home brew subclasses made for 2014 , have to remade for 2024 as only part of home section I seen that have not been ported over. As feats and magic item have been carry across with no issues.

1. It does appear to be a legal issue. We've been told that it's being worked on, but no official status or timeframe has been provided.
2. Since D&D Beyond internally considers the 2014 and 2024 versions of a class to be two different classes, and a homebrew subclass can only be associated with one class, any homebrew subclass made for a 2014 class can't be used with a 2024 class. It would need to be remade, selecting the 2024 version of the class when creating it.
