I want to make Marvel's Moon Knight in DND and I figured out a pretty good build for each personality (Marc, Jake, and Stephen) and I think it would be fun to play 3 separate characters that you can switch between but I have a really overpowered fighter, a really overpowered bard for out of combat encounters, and a somewhat middle ground rogue character. What would be the best way to balance having 3 playable characters that you could switch between?

Not have it. You need to either multiclass, or choose a subclass like eldritch knight for spells. You can try if you want, but that would be a nightmare to balance. You want to have not just three characters, but at least two - by your own admission - overpowered characters. Who do you think would let that?
