Cannot publish Legacy Cleric subclass

I've build a legacy cleric subclass, but I receive the message "This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels.", despite it having correctly the 1,1,2,6,8,17 features... Also creating a copy of the original legacy Light Cleric gives the same error...

Any idea how to handle this?
