I'm gonna use a bagman in my first DnD session as a DM (I've played Warhammer so but never DnD) and I don't want to be disrespectful to a great character, but I want to build up a reason for the players to keep coming back to the mines where the bagman is gonna kill their Goblin friend by snapping his neck when he rises out of his unlatched bag of holding in the first session, eventually it will be revealed that he has something to do with the mining company and maybe a dead god (he's not the dead god) so I wan't to put him in but he will talk at the end of session 3 because this is a prologue but not telling them this, he'll also wear pants because I think it's weird most non clothed monsters don't have a dingaling so I'm giving him pants. Is it homebrew or is it still the same monster?
