Im making a home-brew fighter subclass and I want it to have access to pick from a pool of options at level 3(twice) 5,10 and 15. I put these numbers in the Class Levels where options known section, but when a character goes to select options in the character builder it just has the 'level 3 option' or 'level 7 option' as the only drop down. Anyone know whats going on or can help me?
Have you tried making a homebrew fighter, then selecting the Battlemaster sublcass and creating a copy of it? This way, you can see how the site handles such features with options. Another class which heavily uses a class feature with options is the Way of the Four Elements Monk, so you could also make a copy of that and check it out for insight on how to use a feature with options.
This is happening to a lot of people - including me. It might be a bug, or simply a lot of people not understanding how to properly use the system. Either way, hopefully it is resolved and/or explained soon!

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?

I tried checking what was different by comparing the battle master to my subclass but its all the same. I don't know what the issue is =(
Also I can't make it public cos
I don't know what that means, but I have features at level 3,7,10,15 nd 18 like the base fighter ones, so I don't know whats wrong
Aaaaand the problem just magically fixed itself *shrug*
There was an issue that was addressed yesterday, which sounds like it was affecting your subclass:
