I really like this. Need more stronger creatures and dragons are something I'd thought were completely thought out with little to create that would be original. Nicely done.
I especially like the Sharded Shape -> Frenzy at lower than 50% healthy. It just makes sense and has a cool give/take aspect to it. All the spells, attacks and reactions make a ton of sense for it.
If you're feeling frisky you should go through and make variations of it for each age group like the other dragons.
