Hey there! So I've posted other homebrew material including subclasses before that haven't been given an error message, but now I can't post my most recent Fighter Subclass for some reason? I saw a couple other forums that have troubleshooting guides and I tried those but nothing worked so far. The error that keeps showing up is "This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels." I tried adding a blank level 5 feature, selecting no for spellcasting, and clicked save changes on every feature including the big save changes under the Basic Information section. Idk what to do so help would be appreciated!
There have been a few threads about this — apparently there is currently a bug where it is erroneously expecting there to be a level 1 feature, and it may work if you add one.
IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!!! TYSM!!!!!!!!!! I made this subclass based around The Nutcracker and I really wanted to share it with people! https://www.dndbeyond.com/subclasses/2672125-the-nutcracker (This is it btw in case anyone is curious) Thank you again! :)
Hey! So just a funny update, I created another holiday Homebrew Subclass for Sorcerer ( here's the link btw :) ) and I didn't have to create a filler level 1 feature to publish it. So either it's fixed or D&D Beyond hates Fighters and loves Sorcerers lmao
