I am having the following issues: 

• This homebrew Subclass has data mapped to it that is licensed content or private homebrew. This typically occurs when licensed or private homebrew spells are linked to the Subclass.
• College of OwO is currently too similar to Circle of Spores to share with the community.
• This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels.

This subclass I am designing is nothing like a Druid, a Spores Druid, and has nothing in common with anything licensed or can be owned or licensed. 

It has 3 summons, Find Familiar, Fey, and Fiend, it has ribbons for each summon to make them bardic. 

I have a 2 features for level 3, 2 features for level 6, and one for level 14 which is the pattern for every bard. o.0 what the hell? 

well after a lot of edits... I guess OwO is a spores druid thing. I got it to:

All the spells are in the Players Handbook 2024, all the wording has been done to remove all signs of memes, which is soul crushing as I was building a meme subclass. What am I missing: 

College of Cute Friends (Was College of OwO)

(Bard who makes friends and summons friends)

Note this subclass was based on an idea from Discord, but to get it to work in DnDBeyond I had to setilize it of anything fun and silly. This subclass is designed to be said in owospeech, look up the online translators and use them to repair the language used.  

But since the idea would make for a differant kind of Bard I wanted to upload it anyway, it's a  summoner bard. Think an Arcanist who can heal, summon, and be cute while doing it, that is my inspiration here. 

Make friends

3th-level  feature

You can use a Bardic inspiration to summon a Find Familiar in half the casting time. 

You have access to the following spells. 

Find Familiar, Friends, and Animal Friendship

Your Friends have your magic

3th-level  Ribbon

If you spend a bardic inspiration to Find Familiar , your familiar has the ability to  cast healing spells with out costing your spell slots, you can use this ribbon a number of times per day equal to your Charisma Score and Proficiency Bonus. 

Fey doesn't like you being sad

6th-level  feature

You learn the Summon Fey spell. You can save a spell slot by spending a Bardic Inspiriation, you can only do this once per long rest. 

The power of cute friends

Your Summoned fey can cast spells based on you spell list, you can use a Bardic Inspiration to empower damaging and healing spells if you do this. If you do this, roll the bardic inspiration dice and add it to the damage or healing done. 

Big Support Friend

14th-level  feature

You know the Summon Fiend Spell. This fiend is Chaotic Good, and just wants to hug, it's your Emotional Support Fiend, if you spend a Bardic Inspiration when summoning it, it will have a duration equal to the bardic inspiration dice roll in hours. 

(Note the alignment and hugs are optional, not liability to the subclass designer if the fiend is bunflop the destoyer, bun of the abyss, destoyer of worlds.) 

Couple of things:

• The similarity to Spores Druid thing usually happens when a description field hasn't been filled out or is too short.
• There is no need to remove references to memes.
• The fact that all the spells are in the Player's Handbook isn't relevant, because the Player's Handbook is paid content, and you can only include spells that are in free content (the Basic Rules). In your case, the problem is the cantrip Friends, which is in the PHB but not in the Basic Rules.
