So, I am making a setting and in it the world shattered and moved the remaining land about 40,000 miles up. The gods are also mostly dead with 10 canon (old) gods (Lolth, Shar, The dead Three are some). And 6 new gods. For the stat block for one of them (Mandras the Rooted One) a plant god that was born of the Soil of Grumbar's body, the soul of Silvanus and his own (changed magically) seed that was planted. Any ideas or things I should consider for the stat block?
It is CR 30 with a Mythic phase so far along with some traits.
Edit. Please try to stay on topic with Homebrew stat blocks and any ideas are welcome. You are also welcome to post your own stat blocks for review. And please do not copy/paste anything and claim it as your own.
Avatar block (not his main body) and a lower CR (sorry for the formatting not being DDB/DND). This is not his real main body which is why it is lower CR (the real one is a separate stat block)
Languages All (can talk to and understand plants), Telepathy 120ft.
CR 23 (XP 50,000; PB +7)
Traits
God Born: It can survive in heights up to 80,000 miles up and unlike most Sky Born creatures survive below 1,000 miles
Aura of the Rooted One’s avatar. In a 200ft Emanation originating from the avatar (that he can suppress or unsuppress no action required). The feeling of a godly being and the smell of an ancient forest radiates out. Each creature of Mandras’s choice must succeed a DC 30 Wisdom saving throw or suffer at least one of the following effects (mandras choses which one(s) a creature suffers)
Divine: A creature has the Stunned, Paralyzed, and (if a creature's level/CR is lower by 20 compared to Mandras’s) the Unconscious condition
Revered God (Mandrakas only): A creature has the Charmed condition
Allowed: A creature suffers no negative effects and is immune to the Aura for 48 hours
Legendary Resistance (4/Day). If the avatar fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.
Actions
Multiattack. The avatar makes three attacks, using Rooted Slam or Ruby Branch Shot in any combination. He can replace two attacks with a use of Spellcasting
Spellcasting. The avatar casts one of the following spells, using Wisdom as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 23, +19 to spell attack):
At Will:All Druid spells at or below third level, Teleport via Plants, Wall of Thorns 2/Day Each: Move Earth, Plane Shift, Bones of the Earth 1/Day Each: Investiture of Stone, Divine Word
Legendary Actions
Legendary Action Uses: 3. Immediately after another creature's turn, the avatar can expend a use to take one of the following actions. The avatarregains all expended uses at the start of each of his turns.
Root Wave. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 23, each creature in a 100ft Cone. Failure: 36 (8d8) Piercing damage. Success: Half damage. The avatar can’t take this action again until the start of his next turn.
Simply put, this stat lacks the action economy and exciting abilities it should have for its Cr. Spellcasting should be a part of its Multiattack, and it desperately needs better legendary actions. Ones that reshape the battlefield, ideally.

He can replace some attacks to cast a spell "The avatar makes three attacks, using Rooted Slam or Ruby Branch Shot in any combination. He can replace two attacks with a use of Spellcasting". And for legendary actions the block may get a new one. Keep in mind this is an avatar (not the real Mandras) and I'm also using the Ancient Blue Dragon for reference. But thanks for the feedback!
Edit. Considering a legendary action that is casting Wall of Thorns and I think "Root Wave" is pretty good. And Maruntoryx what is it that it needs aside from action economy you noticed?
Sorry. I missed that. Personally, I do not consider Root Wave to be very good because it's just damage. You need something like conjuring a wall of briars. Something that changes how the fight plays out.
Makes sense, and for the third legendary action "Wall of Roots: The avatar uses Spellcasting to cast Wall of Thorns The avatar can’t take this action again until the start of his next turn."
