Having immunity to poison damage is pretty strong, considering how many monsters use that type of damage, I’d say resistance would be more balanced. Also, nitpick, but modrons are agents of Law, so they should all probably be in the lawful alignments.
Mondron? I think you got stuck somewhere between the words modron and monodrone.
Monodrones are a type of modron. While they are at the bottom of the modron hierarchy and kind of look like Gru's minions, their size is not Small but is in fact Medium.
And like ClassicCharismaCaster said, modrons are normally more about Law than they are about Neutrality. My take is that the neutral part of their lawful neutral alignment comes from them being so dedicated to Law that they will not align themselves with either Good or Evil.
This is a monodrone race I came up with. What do you think?
SIZE. Your size is Small.
Lifespan. You do not age.
Ability score improvement. Increase one ability score of your choice by 2 Or two ability scores by 1.
Bonus proficiencies. you gain proficiency in all Intelligence Checks and Tinker’s tools.
Unusual nature. You do not have to sleep or eat.
Natural armor. Your AC increases by 1.
Programed Resistances. You have advantage saving throws you make against being charmed and frightened
Alignment. Monodrones consist of Neutrality. In that case, you are usually lawful neutral or lawful good.

I would change the size to either Medium or choice of Medium or Small.
They should probably have some form Darkvision.
Proficiency in all Intelligence checks is very strong. I would give a choice of skills.
Given the ability increases, I take it this is for 2014?
