This is a Bard I played in coordination with the DM and none of the players knew. Sooo your father is a powerful lich and you're the phylactery. All Bard skills do double dmg to undead and skill that normally wouldn't effect undead do at half the effect. Immune to necrotic dmg and have proficiency in all instruments. When brought to 3hp or below your father(DM) takes over instantly reviving and restoring the party to full health. The DM controls the lich for 1 turn and then the bard is brought back at half health. Can only happen once per 3 long rests. Pc has no knowledge of their father or if their transformation. In our game it was only used once when we wiped on some trash mobs in a forest but I feel like it could be a nice surprise on a hard encounter or a boss.

What’s the relationship with the father?
Heyo! You can call me Link. Here’s a bit about me:
Roomba Knight, Architect of the Cataclysm, Foxy Lunar Archpriest. Dubbed The Fluffy Bowman by Golden. He/Him
Theatre Kid, Ravenclaw, bookworm, DM, Lego fanatic, mythology nerd, pedantic about spelling. I also love foxes, cats, otters, and red pandas!
I love K-pop Demon Hunters and Korean Mythology. If you want to ask me about something, send me a PM!
I try to keep the peace and be neutral most of the time…
