the key premise I that you have your players perform real world tests and assign them ability scores based on how they did relative to the score an average person would get (some are physical some are mental) and you have your players play themselves within a "isekai" scenario, you could make it a one shot or upscale into a full campaign relatively easily
players start with nothing as far as proficiency bonuses of any kind, But if they meet the score prerequisites they can learn and basically teach themselves any class feature (start with level one class features I haven't figured out how to upscale this yet)
