the key premise I that you have your players perform real world tests and assign them ability scores based on how they did relative to the score an average person would get (some are physical some are mental) and you have your players play themselves within a "isekai" scenario, you could make it a one shot or upscale into a full campaign relatively easily
players start with nothing as far as proficiency bonuses of any kind, But if they meet the score prerequisites they can learn and basically teach themselves any class feature (start with level one class features I haven't figured out how to upscale this yet)

Lesser ward-conjure a simple shield of mana in front or around you in order to serve as a barrier against melee or ranged physical attacks +5 Ac on reaction in the form of a small forward facing barrier
Arcane plate-condense mana and light into a solid form giving a physical weight and shape to the weightless conjuring armor as imagined the amount of mana scales depending on the casting check as well as how much exhaustion was used to cast this spell (.5-2 levels of exhaustion)

Revenge of the preda-plant
The target must draw blood and spill it on the ground and use 1 exhaustion level to cast this spell you take 1D4 when you spill your own blood this way channelling the forrest’s spirit in a vengeance you summon/grow a predatory mobile plant that is of medium or larger size (caster’s choice) this plant will not attack anyone you designate as an ally but with furiously attack enemies with no regard for it’s own life, however once this plant has consumed 1 large creature/2 medium creatures/4 small creatures it becomes full and with it’s anger quelled sinks into the ground as if it was never there disposing of the corpses
The plant has a base hp of 8 and can make ranged attacks by spitting sharp seeds out of its “mouth” each dealing a D4 or it can make a melee attack with it’s jaws dealing up to a D10 piercing damage using its sharp teeth. As a thin stemmed plant it’s AC is 10
Geen gider
When falling or with a running start from an elevation of 5 feet from the ground you can use ¼ exhaustion levels to cast green glider a leaf that allows you to glide through the air it is considered an air vehicle with which you and all others it is cast on are proficient with and has a flying speed of 90 feet with a duration of 1 hour (without concentration) and up to 2 hours once every hour after the 2nd you must make a concentration saving throw to maintain each glider
Cast blade of the everglades for half a level of exhaustion
A wooden sword grows from a small shrub from a spot you can see within 30 feet of you, this sword is picked from the center of the bush and lasts 1D4 weeks. it acts as a longsword with the finesse and light properties, is treated as magical against living things of the realm it was made on in addition to fae, as well as the ability to ignite on fire but it lasts as long as a torch and once extinguished the magic leaves it rendering is as useful as a small club with 1 d4 uses or firewood.

The target’s skin glows a forrest green in a bark like pattern along their skin their AC changes to 14+ their dex mod it lasts 4 hours without any need for concentration

Magi-stick- you can imbue a stick or other wooden weapons with your viridian magic for a period of time burning through the life force of the aforementioned stick it sheds a green aura resembling that of a longsword, treat it as a magical longsword with the finesse and light properties for 4 D4 turns costs 1 Ex level to cast does not require concentration
Firefly swarm
You conjure spectral fireflies that glow a green, when they swarm a target have the target make a dex saving throw if they succeed their equipment or themselves are ignited for 1 d6 turns if they fail they take 2 D8 flame type damage and are knocked prone costs 1.5 levels of EX
Wood kinesis
You choose an area of wood or foliage that you can see within range and that fits within a 10-foot cube. You manipulate it in one of the following ways:
You instantaneously move or otherwise change the hypergrowth of the water as you direct, up to 10 feet in any direction. This movement doesn’t have enough force to cause damage.
You cause the wood to form into simple shapes and animate at your direction. This change lasts for 1 hour.
You change the wood's color texture and hardness. The wood must be changed in the same way throughout. This change lasts for 1 hour.
If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have no more than two of its non-instantaneous effects active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as an action.
This would cost .5 levels of exhaustion each cast
9.enhance growth
Can emulate growth in a 10’ radius around oneself can focus this to target a single plant and manipulate it’s rapid growth at will any attempt to attack using say a limb of a tree would be treated as a melee attack made with a great club or other appropriate weapon (club, greatclub,whip, chain)
10.woodland shroud
You form a shroud of nearby leaves foliage or other form of nature around you and the shroud glows a slight dim green, while wearing this shroud you gain a bonus of 3 ac and 5 feet of movement speed this shroud lasts one hour and can be transferred to another person by having them don it, it costs .5 EX levels to cast this shroud. Does not require concentration

Magna Shot- can utilize small scraps of metal anywhere from a coins or nails to daggers or even a sword using a magnetized object you make a ranged spell attack against a target within 60’ of the caster the damage depends on the object a nail would be considered small by the scope of the spell so you could strike with up to 6 each dealing 1 d4 piercing damage each a dagger would be considered medium and you can control 3 at once each dealing a d6 and a longsword would be considered large with a max control limit of 2 a greatsword would be considered very large each dealing a d8 so one alone could be controlled dealing a d10 1 Ex level per cast, can use a bonus action to retrieve all projectiles
Magnetize emanate within a 30’ radius from the caster all metal is magnetized and can be manipulated by other spells .5 EX levels
Magnetic disarm .5-1EX level caster targets up to 4 targets and strips them of all armor and weapons that consist of metal 2 targets per .5 EX levels can be overcast targets can resist the pull by making a strength saving throw against the spell’s DC
4.scrap gunner .5 EX levels
Can form a gun around the casters arm if there is enough metal present within 30’, this gun assuming it was properly formed has 3 shots and requires a cast of “magna gyro shot” to fire it requires 1 hand to form around and one arm to aim and fire

Fire the scrap gun firing a rotating sphere or a spinning solid bolt of steel dealing a D10 of bludgeoning or piercing damage respectively

Float on magnetized metal as either a floating disc or in the likeness of a surf/hoverboard gaining a flying speed of 35’ in combat and the ability to fly or float through the air
Scrap aegis 1 Ex level
Forming scrap in a protective shield as big as a suit of armor or a dome 10’ wide in a radius around yourself giving you and potential targets 10 additional Ac for 1 round requires concentration
Scrap prison Ex .5 levels
Make a ranged spell attack using nearby metal form bars binding targets to a nearby surface behind the targets if there is not wall or nearby surface behind the target(s) then pin them to the ground about 10’ behind them restraining each target. Targets this spell is cast on must make a dex saving throw, if they fail they take 1D6 bludgeoning damage and receive the restrained condition. If the target(s) succeed they avoid the bars rushing towards them
Steel sereph- Ex 2 levels
Form large steel wings giving you a flying speed of 40’ and using these wings you can make a ranged attack flinging sharp steel razors at a target in either a blanket of fire in a 10’ long 3’ wide column or targeting a single spot you fire all your steel razors making a ranged spell attack against the target dealing 10D6 on hit, either of these attacks use up one wing, when one is used it cuts your flying speed in half this spell can only be cast 3 times per day regardless of exhaustion levels

training/wooden weapons- these weapons share most of the likeness of their full metal counterparts besides a few things
The wooden weapons are 2x as heavy and some are slightly smaller than the real things eg the training bows vs the real thing

Wooden spears can be improved by adding a proper speartip,sharpening and hardening the wooden tip, or otherwise improving the damage capability of the spear
The hunting bows cant be improved much but sharpening and hardening their arrows would improve the damage possible
The wooden swords can’t be improved by much however using them as a club or perhaps exercising precise mana control to strengthen and sharpen them may improve them while in combat
You start with 0 features and 0 proficiencies but through practice, effort, and training you can learn a class feature
Ex: a player who spends days meditating could learn how to harness ki
A group of players who spend all week sparring with a training partner may learn a proficiency with a weapon faster than if they were training alone
Things like this may also be done faster or slower depending on a players acquired ability scores (a player with a higher INT score ex:15 may learn how to track animals up to twice as fast as a player who has an ability score of 10)
The study contains the spellbook that follows these rules
It has 15 spell pages as well as various other pages on theory, once 2 people learn all 5 “colorless spells” the pages burn and turn to ash, when one of these 2 mages learn the 10 attuned spells they expire to ashes
While players push themselves through arduous tasks as training (waterfall meditation) or any other difficult strenuous activity for a longer period of time (more than around 1 afternoon till evening) they must roll a will power check which starts at DC: 10 and increases by 1 each time past that until they rest entirely
Also training in any fashions like this for about half a day will spend 1 exhaustion which can be replenished by eating, drinking, and/or sleeping.
Places you can optionally hide treasure in per each room, below are some examples of places to do that as well as 2 places for the book your player may initially learn magic from along with a more accurate layout of each room
something to remember this is a very workshopped idea, a lot of the spells are simple and the main goal was to oe up with 10 difffrent spells that all feel and play different instead of "same thing diffrent color" which can be hard when engaging with such a large quoate the copy and paste will have to do until i get the link public and working
