I am toying around with the homebrew creator just to get a feel for it and making crazy powerful stuff just to get a fix on what the creator can do and such. I am running into a problem where when I am trying to give a flat bonus to attack/damage rolls it seems to apply to all my weapons instead of just the weapon the modifier is on? Like I have a +5 to attack rolls (and somehow the damage roll bonus has disappeared?) and its applying it to all melee weapon attack rolls. The other weapons here are a longsword and unarmed strikes, the middle one is the actual magic weapon but the bonus is applying to all of them.
Also is there a way with replace damage type to replace how many dice you use for the roll too or is that fixed? I figured out how to make it force damage but if I increase it to 6d10 it just reverts to normal and even removes the tag of the bonus damage seen in the image. I might just be getting confused by doing too much, but where is the property to give a flat bonus damage I cannot find it anmore.
It looks like you used the "Melee Weapon Attack" modifier, which adds a bonus to all attacks with melee weapons. This is not really intended to be used on a weapon, but on something more like a pair of gloves that improve all melee attacks while wearing them. It's behaving correctly, but it's the wrong thing for what you want.
If what you're trying to do is make a magic weapon that has a bonus to attack and damage rolls only on its own attacks (like a Weapon, +1) then you want to set the Modifier Type to "Bonus" and the Modifier Subtype to "Magic". Then set Fixed Value to the bonus you want.
There is, unfortunately, currently no way to change the base damage dice of a magic weapon.

If possible I would like to get help on this still.
