Prismatic Spray is a lovely concept, but the spell sucks as compared to similar 7th level spells (whirlwind, reverse gravity)

I want to know how people would suggest they fix it:

Please vote on suggested fixes, or add your own.

(Note two saves makes it harder for legendary creatures to protect themselves)
